  23. _Yes_! Select both of the objects, and then hit "i". This activates
  24. a mode where you can step through objects one by one and deselect
  25. them individually if you wish. It will identify polygons by their
  26. surface name and flatness, as well. Pretty darn handy (though I wish it
  27. would also tell you something about the surface normal, as I always
  28. have the problem of having two polygons facing opposite ways on top
  29. of each other, and wanting to delete one _particular_ one...)
